You can place your order and checkout for individual purchases of up to 5 items. If you need assistance placing a bulk order, you are welcome to contact us at dxc@foto88.com .

Contact us at dxc@foto88.com for assistance and we will help to cancel your order if it has not been processed. Once it has been processed, we are unable to refund your purchase.

You may make payment through your credit card. Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are accepted.Merchandise used for business purposes can be charged to your corporate card if you have managers approval (RTA).

Currently WBS codes are not a payment option in the store checkout, however if you request a custom or bulk order, we can process an invoice to DXC against your WBS code.

The regional store and Recognition platform are not affiliated so you are unable to pay for items using recognition points.

Unfortunately not all currencies are permitted. You will be able to see the total in your local currency, but if you use one of the currencies listed below, you will be charged in USD.

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon order placement, as well as once your order ships (with a link to your tracking #) and once the order is finally delivered.

The $8 per item shipping fee is to cover freight, duties & taxes and has been kept at flat fee so that the individual item cost can be lower.
There are shipping caps for larger order quantities as follows:
1-10 items - $8 per item, capped at $50 when $150 spent
11-37 items - $8 per item
38-50 – shipping capped at $300
51-75 - $8 per item
76-100 – shipping capped at $600
100+ please use custom order link 
Please note that bundle shipping is $12 USD per bundle.

There is no additional tax to be paid for the region, excluding Singapore. For any purchase in Singapore, additional GST will be applicable due to taxation policy and compliance. This will be visible and due at the checkout.

All items sold on the website are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

At this present time, we do not allow orders to be placed with multiple shipping addresses. If you need assistance placing a "large" order that needs to be shipped to multiple addresses contact us at dxc@foto88.com.

No, we mark the item as a “Gift” and provide all necessary documentation printed onto the shipping label. The postage paid for your item is door to door and does not include any extra charges for delivery.

Refuse delivery and please email us at dxc@foto88.com. Do not remit any payment(s) to customs/postal officers either on-site at one of their offices or at your place of delivery.

Refuse delivery and please email us at dxc@foto88.com. The commercial invoice is printed directly onto the shipping label and is sufficient for the customs/postal officers throughout their inspection process.  You do not have to produce any paperwork upon delivery.

We are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience, due to the high volume of international orders across our fulfillment centres--  customs officers may inquire for a further inspection/verification. You do not have to do any outreach to customs as we have set a point of contact for all customs inquiries on international orders that may require further clearance.

To place a custom order, please email us at dxc@foto88.com and our gift consultant will reach out to you. Please note there is a required $2,500 order minimum (before shipping, duties, and taxes) for all bulk orders. For bulk orders, the final payable amount is subjected to freight charges which will be advised prior to ordering. There may also be a minimum order quantity depending on the product.

To place a bulk order, please select the custom order banner at the top of the window, or click here and fill out the form. You will then receive a quote for the items and shipping, which can be paid via credit card or Purchase Order.

For custom orders we are able to pass along better pricing, though the pricing will be impacted by any minimum order quantity requirements we may need to hit that vary by product.

For bulk orders of items already available on the DXC Store, the prices are set at the retail price shown on the product’s page on the store as the prices are inclusive of warehouse and order processing costs required to manage the store.
